What you get

Energy as a managed item, not an invoice at the end of the month

Management gets an overview of costs, obligations and the impact of measures. Energy managers and technicians get data, alarms and tools for day-to-day work.

For company management
Legal compliance
Energy audit or ISO 50001 on time. Documentation for the auditor is available at any time.
Costs under control
Consumption in CZK by hall and cost center, monitoring of 15-minute peak demand and reserved capacity, invoice checks.
Basis for decisions
Regular reports for management and evaluation of measures in MWh and CZK.
ESG and customers
CO₂ emissions Scope 1 and 2 and carbon footprint per product for customers, banks and ESG reports.
For energy managers and technicians
All measurements in one place
Billing meters, sub-meters and IoT sensors via Modbus, M-Bus, OPC UA, MQTT or LoRaWAN.
15-minute data and alarms
Alerts on deviations, consumption outside production hours and imminent exceedance of reserved capacity.
Indicators per ISO 50001
EnPI, EnB baseline and CUSUM cumulative savings calculated from metering.
Integrations
Connection to MES, ERP and SCADA / BMS via API or CSV import.
Process

How we implement energy management in manufacturing

A complete turnkey solution. You can join the project at any step, for example with a finished audit or existing metering.

  1. Consultation

We assess whether the energy audit or ISO 50001 obligation applies to you.

  2. Energy audit

We map energy consumption and propose measuring points.

  3. 3D LiDAR scan

Optionally we scan the hall and record consumers in the BIM model.

  4. Metering

We install sub-meters and IoT sensors.

  5. Platform

We deploy Energy Infra Scan and connect all metering.

  6. ISO 50001

We implement processes and documentation and prepare you for certification.

  7. Savings

We continuously evaluate consumption and propose measures.

Energy Infra Scan platform

Real-time energy consumption monitoring

Energy Infra Scan collects data from billing meters, sub-meters and IoT sensors and shows energy consumption in 15-minute intervals. You see where, when and why you consume energy.

Plant dashboard: power input, consumption and 15-minute chart in the Energy Infra Scan platform

  • Electricity, gas, heat, water and compressed air in one place
  • Consumption by building, hall, technology and production line
  • Energy performance indicators (EnPI) and baseline consumption (EnB) under ISO 50001
  • Alerts on deviations, for example air handling running at the weekend
  • Reports for management, the energy audit and customers

3D LiDAR scan

3D LiDAR scan and BIM model of a production hall

Laser scanning captures the interior and exterior of halls and sites. From the point cloud we create a BIM model or a digital twin of your production. In the model we record air handling, electrical distribution, production machines and storage areas, and assign its metering to each point of consumption.

FAQ

Energy audit and ISO 50001 FAQ

Who must have an energy audit?

Companies with an average annual energy consumption above 10 TJ (2,778 MWh) over the last three years. The audit is repeated at least once every 4 years. The obligation does not apply if the company has a certified energy management system under ISO 50001.

Who must implement ISO 50001?

Companies with an average annual energy consumption above 85 TJ (23,611 MWh). They must implement an energy management system under ISO 50001 and have it certified by an accredited body.

What is the difference between an energy audit and energy management?

An energy audit is a one-off analysis of energy consumption with proposed savings. Energy management is an ongoing process: you continuously measure and evaluate consumption and implement measures. The Energy Infra Scan platform supports both.

Do I need new meters for energy consumption monitoring?

Not always. The ISO Base level works with data from invoices and meter readings. For automatic monitoring in the Start and Advanced levels, we connect your existing meters and add sub-meters and IoT sensors as needed.

What is a 3D LiDAR scan for in energy management?

A 3D scan and BIM model of the hall give a precise register of all consumers, distribution systems and technologies. Every measurement sits at its place in the model, which simplifies the audit, savings planning and building management.

How much does energy management cost?

The price depends on the size of the plant, the number of measuring points and the chosen level. At a consultation we will prepare an indicative quotation for you.

Not sure whether an energy audit or ISO 50001 applies to you?

In 30 minutes we will tell you which obligations apply to you and which approach makes sense for your production.
